Here at G & G Direct, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please complete the
form below to begin the return process.

Return Terms and Conditions:

Product Condition: You must ship the product(s) back unopened
(this indludes the protective plasitic seal) and in it's original packaging. Failure to return
goods in this condition means we will be unable to accept it as a return or issue a refund in any form.

Method of Return: All returns are to be shipped to Returns at G & G Direct, 332 Winona Lakes, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302 via
the US Postal Service. Failure to send the return package via the US Postal Service will cause it to be returned to the sender. Postage must be
pre-paid in full and is not subject to refund.
We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. This
issue must be taken up between you and the post office. We must receive the goods in the condition in which
the were shipped.

Return Reinbursment: Be advised that all reinbursment will be credited back to the original credit card on which it was billed.
Purchaser information will be displayed in detail on the Return Confirmation Page that G & G Direct sends via email.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued to another individual or party.
Refunds will be issued for the product(s) only; orginal shipping charges are non-refundable.
