	Here are some of the more frequently aksed questions we get at G & G Direct. If you can't find the answer you're looking for please feel free to contact us directly.

	1. How soon will my package arrive?

Answers:

	1. Your package will arrive via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery is usualy within 2 to 3 days. Each package will be clearly labeled, and will be assigned and indivicual tracking number, so that at any time you can ascertain the progress of the delivery.

	2. Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, unless other arrangements have been made. Other courier services are available thorugh special arrangement with us directly.

	3. You credit card will be charged when the order is processed. For your convenience, a packing slip will be generated by our warehouse staff and included with your order.

	4. If the individual purchaser being billed resides in PA, where our corporate offices are located, then tax will be added to the purchase. All other states and countries are exempt from any tax charges.

	5. Our packaging is extremely discreet. All packages are shippedd with just the shipping address label and our return address. There are no other markings on the package to indicate the contents of the shipment.

	6. We at G and G direct pride ourselves on the swiftness of our order department. In most instances the order will ship on the next available postal day. If the order is received prior to 11am, there is an excellent chance that the order will ship that same day. If a rush order us needed, please contact us prior to the order, and we will do everything in our power to get that shipment to you by the fastest method possible.

	7. We ship worldwide, and will gladly assist you with your questions concerning rates and regulations. Please contact our staff for any questions in this area.

	8. The basic difference is that water based lubricant is further activated by water during use. Silicone based lubricant, on the other hand, is not affected by water and is much longer lasting. For a detailed explaination, please see our website under the product descriptions.

	9. All of Pjur's Bodyglides and lubricants are latex compatible and, of course, safe with latex condoms of all brands. Please be advised that Pjur Cult, a silicone based dressing aid, is only rated for EXTERNAL USE.
